The ever popular Wellbeing for Life group meets again this week. Hosted jointly by the Elders’ Council for Newcastle and the Friends of Jesmond Library, the group currently meets online.

Speed drawing your way through lockdown

The next event on Wednesday 3rd February at 10.30am promises that ‘anyone can draw!’

To help prove that statement true, Tracey Tofield will be leading our next meeting. Tracey is Teaching Fellow and Associate Lecturer in Fine Art, Drawing & Architecture at Newcastle University in the School of Arts and Cultures and the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape.

But don’t let that put you off joining the online event – she has extensive experience in facilitating creativity workshops in a wide variety of community and educational contexts, including those who would not consider themselves to be natural artists!

You can find out more about Tracey here : www.traceytofield.com/index.html

For your invitation to the event, email events@jesmondlibrary.org

Make sure to have a piece of paper and a pencil to hand on the day.
