Membership of Jesmond Library is free and open to everyone. All you have to do to become a member is to complete a form (if under 16, the form needs to be signed by a parent/guardian/carer). Forms can be downloaded at these links as Word to complete electronically or .pdf to print:

Completed forms can be returned either by email to enquiries@jesmondlibrary.org, or handed into the Library. If you prefer, paper forms are available at the Library. You can then borrow up to 5 books for up to 4 weeks.
