September – summer is over and autumn has taken its place.

School children return to their classes, students to university and colleges, and so the new term begins.

Here at Jesmond Library we too have a new programme planned for the autumn. We hope you will be able to join us.

Because of the restrictions we can’t yet host large groups inside the building, but that won’t hold us back.

Events will take place online through Zoom.

Our popular series of Thursday Evening Talks resume on Thursday 17th September when we welcome Keith Jewitt on ‘2020: A Big Year for Raphael’.

The monthly Wellbeing for Life meetings, run in collaboration with the Elders Council for Newcastle, will resume with two coffee mornings on 16th and 23rd September.

Please spread the news to everyone you believe will be interested in being involved.

To join us at any of these events, simply send an email to events@jesmondlibrary.org for your invitation.
