Stamping my books

Jesmond Library is a good example of a library because the people there are helpful and kind.

They have really good books, it’s hard to only take five out per person.

The craft sessions are brilliant so I wish they were on every day.

They provide us with snacks in craft sessions to keep us going.

The organisation is very helpful and you have nearly all the books I like.

Jesmond Library is the perfect place to relax and take out a book or two. You have great places to sit and read a book.

My ideal Library

If I was designing a library, I would add in:

  • a dog corner
  • Subway
  • a train to get to sections of the library
  • a book dispensing machine, so you never run out of books
  • a flowery garden to expand your thoughts
  • ten toilets
  • and everything is edible, although you get a fine of 20p if you eat a book!
  • a craft session every day with free snacks
  • a waterslide with a water park, which you get free if you take at least one book per person
